Gaining Mass For Newbies
Usually every newbie who wants to start gaining muscle mass wants it to happen as quickly as possible. Unfortunately it's not going to happen over nigh, but here are some tips to help you get started. For those that are new to the field of lifting weights, especially for guys, it may be pretty hard for you to learn how to build mass. Well, that's because you probably are just doing it wrong. You may be just doing the same exercise over and over and over again. Do you really think that bench pressing 24/7 is going to give you the mass you need? And even if you did do that 24/7, wouldn't you want to be proportionate instead of looking like you are permanently hunched over? No of course. Gaining mass requires a few things, carbohydrates, water, protein and exercise for the most part if you are looking to build the lean mass you want. Building lean mass is a composite of working out, drinking water and taking in lots of carbs. But think about it. How many people do you actually know follow this routine and become successful? This is why it's up to you to find a workout that doesn’t just focus on one area of your body. This is necessary for various reasons, including posture and of course the big one, how you look overall. Working out one body part for too long is just going to make you look like a gorilla - stay focused, and shift to each body part on certain days to ensure that you're being consistent. Being consistent with being proportionate is just as important as constantly switching up your routine so your muscles don't get used to the workout.
