Doing Crunches Debunked

So you think that by doing crunches all day, it's going to help you get sexy abs? Well keep doing them, it's not going to make you go anywhere. If you're looking for abs, there are several things you must do in order achieve success. It doesn’t matter what the reasons are why you want abs, you just want them, but you probably just don't know how or where to start. The problem is, doing crunches all day isn't going to help you one bit if you're not mixing in other things in the process. The way you eat, sleep and exercise all determine whether your abdominals will show, or whether they'll be covered by a large layer of fat. What can you do to see your abs? By no means is this going to take a day or two, or even a week or month(unless assisted by a weight loss product maybe). Drinking water all day and crunches isn’t going to cut it, so what should you do? If you're looking for abs you have to be leading an overall healthy lifestyle, or start leading one soon. When you do this, you'll notice your metabolism start to increase, thus breaking down fat much faster. It's this fat you want to get rid of, so the muscle underneath can be shown. As stated before, with the fat in the way you wont be able to see your abs. Yes, doing crunches will strengthen and tighten your abdominal area, but it'll absolutely not show unless you get the fat on top of it out of the way by exercising, eating healthy foods(vegetables etc), and drinking water on a consistent basis.
