Supply management involves the process of management of group of companies which are involved in the process of production of goods and services. Delivery: After the process of manufacturing has been completed, the preparation for the delivery for the products commences. This process requires coordination with the customers to get orders and streamlining the process of storing the products in warehouses and keeping it safe and intact and developing a system of carriers for delivery. This process further involves the procedure of setting up an invoicing system.

 

After-sale service: The last factor is that of the after-sale service. This includes creating such a system which will be used to address the problems of the customers. The system should handle queries regarding defective products and to keep in touch with them after the sale of the product.
